All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jiliasian reserves the right to reverse deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated Account pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Processing times vary by payment method but jiliasian endeavours to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days.
jiliasian reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where account activity has triggered an internal review. Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jiliasian reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy, details of which will be communicated to the Player prior to any deduction.

jiliasian reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jiliasian will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jiliasian Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Players are encouraged to contact jiliasian customer support as the first step in any dispute resolution process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
For disputes relating to game outcomes or technical issues, jiliasian's internal review process shall be the first point of escalation. The decision of jiliasian's compliance team, following a thorough review of server logs and game records, shall be considered final in the absence of demonstrable error.
